Otsuka, the twin sister of Jingky Otsuka-Menorca, as she recounts the horrifying series of events of the kidnapping of her twin sister, last July 16, 2015 in the hands of the Iglesia Ni Cristo church administration who ordered their kidnapping thru the Minister Team Leader Benefrido Santiago, Quezon City Police District Chief and uniformed and armed police officers with the assistance of the District Ministers and District staffs as accessories to the crimes.
This revelation is what prompted Jungko to file the petition for the writ of Habeas Corpus and the writ of Amparo for the Menorca Family who were victims of kidnapping, grave threat, theft, illegal detention and many more.

As the evidences begin to surface, let’s see how much more lying can the church administration concoct to cover up the truth. Whatever malicious lies they tell themselves and the brethren, the truth will eventually come to light and it will reveal the festering evil from within the church administration who resorted to mafia-styled tactics.
