Now that we have a better understanding on the “dark relationship” of the Iglesia Ni Cristo and the Bureau of Customs in the Philippines (Read here) that paved one the ways for corruption and “dirty money” to seep in the once-incorruptible INC Church Administration, now let us see how the Iglesia Ni Cristo “almost” got away with it. What “legal” entity did they employ to “legally” siphon money for non-religious reasons? Atleast now you will know where part of your offering goes, BIG PART of it!

Over the Years, The FYM Foundation Inc. have basked in the limelight whenever it is announced over the INC News, whenever we read its name in the Circulars, whenever every successful story was out and about “the” FYM Foundation. But did you ever hear about the “other” FYM Foundation? Another FYM Foundation, yet hidden in the dark as its invisible and mysterious twin sister? Never heard. Never mentioned. Only spoken in murmurs and whispers in closed-door Sanggunian Meetings and select confidential personnel.

I didn’t mean for it to sound like a morbid horror story, so here’s a quick Trivia: There are two — yes 2, not 1 — Felix Y. Manalo Foundations registered with the Philippine Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC):

1. Felix Y. Manalo Foundation Inc.; and
2. Subic Bay-Felix Y. Manalo Foundation Inc.

While most of you may be familiar with the former, only a handful know about the latter. Now, why is that? Let’s learn more about these two…

FYMF paid PHP 5.4 MILLION for *BUSINESS PERMITS*, that amount alone represents actually close to 73% of total revenue income for SBMA for that year. I guess SBMA is very thankful. Compared with Hanjin – big shipping company, who only paid 3.3 Million PHP in Administrative fees. Did you notice the Salaries and wages? Ever wonder who these employees are in this foundation? And how much do you think are the financial transactions for 2014, 2015 and 2016? Hmmm… they should provide the church with financial transparency. That is “if” they really have nothing to hide. But I certainly don’t think Bro. Edwil Zabala will be challenging anyone with any waiver to open its books for financial scrutiny. They will just end up covering up the whole thing with more lies and excuses. They will come up with anything and everything, EXCEPT THE TRUTH!

According to the Bureau of Customs (B.O.C.), FYMF is duly licensed and accredited as an importer/exporter. Now we finally realize why BOC is so important to the Sanggunian, so important that Ka Eraño Erdz Codera (The INC Official Political Liaison Officer) risked life and limb, coupled with damaging the integrity and reputation of the whole Iglesia Ni Cristo when he made a major blunder when he undeniably got exposed for “pressuring” the current administration to “seat” certain key officials who are “highly recommended” by the Sanggunian. It was all over the news, but ofcourse the Sanggunian vehemently denied any involvement. (Ahem! Tell it to the marines! Quack!) So now we know that INC influence and control over B.O.C. is very crucial, because the Sanggunian is actively involved in IMPORTATION/EXPORTATION, and one of the channels, is thru SBMA. And when there is importation/exportation, there is $$$$$ BIG MONEY $$$$$. THAT’S WHY THE BUREAU OF CUSTOMS IS RANKED NO.1 IN CORRUPTION IN THE PHILIPPINES, AND THE INC HAS ITS HAND DEEP IN THE MONEY POT BECAUSE OF THIS “OTHER” FYM FOUNDATION. NOW WE KNOW WHY THE INC USED ITS STRINGS JUST TO REPLACE THE PREVIOUS BOC COMMISSIONER WITH THEIR “OWN”. AND THE WHOLE WORLD KNOWS IT:

Now WHO in the Sanggunian in particular has any relative interest and benefit over these FYM Foundations? *Pretenting to be naive* Who could possibly benefit from Importation and Exportation profit via the duly licensed and accredited FYM Foundations? *Pretending to be innocent* Who could greatly maneuver all CASH FLOW IN AND OUT of the Church and IN and OUT of the FOUNDATION? So in revealing an X-Ray view of the FYM Foundation Inc., what can you notice? The only thing having a semblance of being INC-related is the name of the foundation, disgracefully using the honorable name of the Last Messenger, Bro. Felix Y. Manalo for a dishonorable purpose, for it is as clear as day, that the FYM Foundation Inc. and Subic Bay – FYM Foundation Inc. is Bro. Glicerio B. Santos Jr., Glicerio Santos III and Glicerio Santos IV’s MONEY MAKING/RECEIVING MACHINERY HERE IN THE PHILIPPINES ALONE, WAIT ‘TIL YOU READ ABOUT THE REST!

Notice how many Glicerio Santoses there are in both the FYM Foundation Inc? Father and sons! Incorporators, board members, and officers! Whatever happened to the system of check and balance? Power is concentrated in the hands of the Santos family! Control over a staggering amount of funds rests with the Santos family! So when the time comes when there is a need for a MAJORITY VOTE regarding anything that concerns the Foundation, let’s say… buying a property, diverting of funds, investments and the likes, who do you think has the majority vote which is tantamount to a FINAL VOTE? 1 Dorothy Kristine Manalo-Orosa VS. 3 SANTOSes.

I guess the odds doesn’t favor the Church anymore but the Santos Administration.

So try to remember everything about the Santos Controlling Majority of the FYM Foundations the next time you give you voluntary contributions/offerings to the FYM Foundation Inc. Let this also be an eye-opener to all the Finance Officers who are instructed to deposit the Locale/District funds to the FYM Foundation Bank Account…

Now we all know where the money goes.

Please bear in mind that the reason why we go the distance in researching for these things, things that are kept from us, things that are used and abused for their own worldly desires, is not to put dirt on the church, not to point fingers and start a scandal, no, we painstakinly present everything under your scrutiny for one purpose, TO EXPOSE THE CORRUPT, TO EXPOSE THE CORRUPTION, TO EXPOSE THE CONSIPIRACIES SO THAT WE CAN HELP INFORM EVERYBODY OF ALL THESE CORRUPTION THAT ARE BLEMISHING THE NAME OF THE CHURCH IN ORDER FOR US TO BE ABLE TO OPEN OUR EYES, TO SPEAK OUR MINDS AND HEART, TO HEAR THE CRIES OF THE BRETHREN AND TO ACT IN HELPING THE CHURCH CLEANSE ITSELF FROM ALL FORMS OF EVIL AND CORRUPTION SO THAT WE WILL BE ABLE TO RETURN THE CHURCH OF CHRIST BACK TO ITS CLEAN AND UNBLEMISHED STATE FOR THE GLORY OF OUR ALL MIGHTY GOD.

Any of the detractors and haters, feel free to disagree, just make sure you present solid, verifiable and undeniable proof (not just copy-pasted materials from my article and a few PURELY OPINIONATED STATEMENTS) to disprove these facts rather than whining like a child because you still don’t know who I really am (Feel free to provide Statements of Accounts, Receipts, Foundation Expenses Reports, Liquidation Reports, Pictures and documents, and MOST ESPECIALLY PLEASE DO EXPLAIN WHY THERE ARE 3 SANTOSES IN THE MAJORITY SEAT). So be Minister enough to face the consequences of your corruption, step aside and invite an open and transparent investigation of the allegations against you and let the whole church know that the IGLESIA NI CRISTO DOES NOT CONDONE ANY FORM OF CORRUPTION. Be brave enough to have a TV Segment on NET 25 and INCTV regarding all these issues and start a transparency campaign throughout the whole church and let the brethren know WHERE EXACTLY DOES THE MONEY GO?
