CONFUSED AND DESPERATE

I’m once again back and determined more than ever. You have been asking questions on my whereabouts. What happened to AE? Has he been cornered by the sniff dogs of the Sanggunian? My absence was due to the fact that the events in the past few days were enough and didn’t need more expositions to make the members of the Sanggunian tremble in fear, confused and desperate. Their desperation is evident in their irresponsible and illegal actions against those whom they suspected as me, like in the case of Bro. Isaias T. Samson, Jr., (Bro. Jun) the recently removed Editor-in Chief of the Pasugo magazine. They never expected that what they did with Bro. Jun, placing him and his family in house arrest and complete isolation, would be exposed not only to the members of the Church but to non-members as well. A minister who was on his way to have lunch and witnessed what happened told his co-church workers that it was a “stupid act” (this didn’t come out of my mouth).

Did they truly believe that they could keep secret what they did when they, the “Expendables” … I mean the members of the Sanggunian led by Sylvester Stallone (Radel Cortez) suddenly swooped down, in broad daylight, right before the very eyes of the volunteer workers, security guards and brethren who were picking up Pasugo magazines and other religious materials, confiscated the cellphone and the computer being used by Bro. Jun and all their communication gadgets at home. They never expected that Bro. Jun and his family would be able to escape from their eagle eyes and clutches and would be able to bring to open their unlawful and truly unchristian acts that further prove that they are indeed very much capable of launching covert operations such as abducting several ministers whom they suspected of criticising their corrupt and unscriptural practices like what they did and still are doing to Bro. Lowell Menorca III. We saw on TV news how a certain Col. Pedrozo with his policemen tried to abduct Bro. Jun from his hiding place and who do you think are behind such an act? My guess is as good as yours.

The confused Sanggunian members sent their barking dogs (spokespersons) to belie what was said by those who were interviewed in TV about their corrupt practices only to nervously exclaim, (rattled and grasping for the right words), “they are not true,” instead of answering the so-called accusations punto por punto. They accused those who were interviewed on TV of going against our beloved Executive Minister, Bro. Eduardo V. Manalo. Bro. Jun Samson was right when he posed this question in one of his interviews: “Who is the one who truly goes against the Executive Minister, those who expose the evil doings of the Sanggunian members to save the image of the Church Administration, or the Sanggunian members arround him who relentlessly tarnish the sacred image of the Church and the Administration through their corrupt practices? What do you think is the answer of the “impeccable” and “infallible” members of the Sanggunian led by the “all-knowing” and “all-powerful,” the “self-exalted” Glicerio B. Santos, Jr.? The first choice which is why they expelled Bro. Jun and his family and others before them, while they, the real guilty, continue to pretend to be “holier than thou.”

Let us not lose hope but fervently pray to our Lord God that during this time of great trial in our faith, He will soon manifest His power. Let us continue to pray for the whole Church and our Executive Minister. Hilingin natin sa Kaniya na huwag nawa itong ikahina ng ating pananampalataya sa halip ay makalampas tayong lahat sa matinding pagsubok na ito. Tulungan nawa tayo ng Diyos.
