FYM FOUNDATION INC. – THE ULTIMATE REASON WHY BRO. GLICERIO B. SANTOS JR. AND HIS FAMILY CANNOT BE EXPELLED FROM THE CHURCH

In the spirit of our successful 2 Million views to date (April 19, 2015 – June 27, 2015: 2 months and 8 days or basically just 68 days old, 82 posts, garnering a total of 2,008,309 Views), commemorating this global phenomenon, let me share this article highlighting the global church, our beloved Iglesia Ni Cristo, and the previously invisible global power of…… THE SANTOS FAMILY, which will now be thoroughly EXPOSED IN BROAD DAYLIGHT. I will prove to you that in the present day Iglesia ni Cristo (Church of Christ), power is concentrated in the hands of a few individuals, notably in the members of the Advisory Council, but none greater than in the Santos family. I am, of course, referring to Bro. Jun Santos, his wife Annie, his sons, Sergie and GP, as well as his brother in the United States, Manuel (“Boy”) Santos, also a minister.

Bro. Jun’s scope of control has gone way beyond auditing of the finances and activities of the Church (for potential elimination of wastage and inefficiencies).  That is the typical role of a General Auditor, which, by the way, is his official designation in the Church.  In practice, though, Bro. Jun wears many different hats. He is the chief strategist and major influencer (if not decision maker) in matters concerning the construction of houses of worship and other buildings including the Philippine Arena, sports complex, and stadium. He is the contract negotiator, reviewer, and approver for various

construction projects including signing off on contracts for materials and labor. He decides (or is a major influencer on), which long-term assets to acquire when, and which ones to dispose of, for how much, and through whom. He is also the master architect behind all the Guinness-motivated, traffic-disrupting Lingap (Aid to Humanity) activities, medical and dental missions, major propagation projects, and even the opening and closing centennial celebrations.

In addition, he is the brains behind the production, marketing, and forcible distribution of various UNLAD products to brethren as well as the crafting of an effective payment collection scheme.

Co-ministers will attest that he decides on the fate of his fellow ministers, too, i.e., who gets promoted, demoted, reassigned, moved to remote locations, taken down, or worse, expelled. And lest we forget, he is also the mastermind behind the creation of the never-ending special, special offerings and the corresponding bended-knee style of devotional prayers to guilt the brethren into giving more.

You can ask any District, any office, any section, any department in all of Central and the other bureaus, and they will tell you the name of the one person whos calls the shots, who makes the decisions, who gives the Go-Signal, who Approves anything and everything, who has the power to STOP anything and everything. Unfortunately that is no longer the name of our beloved Executive Minister, Bro. Eduardo V. Manalo.  ALARMINGLY, THE NAME THAT RESONATES THROUGHOUT THE WHOLE CHURCH IS THAT OF BRO. GLICERIO B. SANTOS, JR.  The Phrase: “Sa atas ng Tagapamahalang Pangkalahatan” or “At the instruction of the Executive Minister”, is now just a “fine print” for technicality’s sake.

As you will see later in this article, the Santos family has surreptitiously, deceitfully and deliberately injected themselves into almost every facet of the Church, MAKING THE SANTOS FAMILY AN INDISPENSABLE FIGURE IN THE CHURCH. In fact, he and his family are directly involved in the executive and day-to-day management of INC “affiliate companies” notably FYM Foundation, the Subic Bay-FYM Foundation, UNLAD, F. Y. Medical Foundation (New Era General Hospital), Maligaya Development Corp., and New Era University (by extension, also the College of Evangelical Ministry). Their power extends not only in the Philippines but globally wherever the Church has a presence. In the United States, Bro. Jun Santos may keep younger sibling Boy on a leash but make no mistake. Bro. Boy Santos is a ruler in his own fiefdom, the Iglesia ni Cristo United States Main Office (USMO). According to fellow ministers in the U.S., he is every bit the tyrant that his older brother is. Bro. Boy’s equivalent at the Europe Main Office also bows down to Bro Jun. With so much power to wield and a vast resources at this family’s disposal, is it any wonder the Church is plagued by allegations of: corruption among the Church hierarchy, bribery, political wheeling and dealing, harboring a fugitive, unabashed capitalism, furtive business ventures, more and more Church properties being offered for sale, unexplained wealth of those in the Advisory Council, ministers leading an opulent lifestyle discordant with their stipend, “express” expulsions of suspected brethren dissidents and complete disregard for due process and long established procedures ?

In the words of Mayer Amschel Rothschild, “Let me issue and control a nation’s money and I care not who writes the laws”. Or put another way, he who controls the purse strings… makes the rules. Or, in our days, He who bears the name Glicerio B. Santos Jr., controls the Church and everything in it. (On how Bro. Glicerio B. Santos Jr. was able to slowly but surely conquer every facet of the church, please refer to 6-Part Series (Link to be provided soon) to better understand how this came about after years of planning and assimilation from within the Church Administration.

But let’s not get ahead of ourselves. Let’s proceed to our storyboard. At the end of this presentation, I am convinced that even if you are on the fence about some of the allegations above, you will arrive at the ONLY possible conclusion that you can come to — that Mr. Rothschild is correct and what he said applies in this case.

First off, why don’t we do a quick search for “Glicerio Santos” in the Open Corporates database?

20 matches! Does that surprise you? Bro. Jun sure is popular, isn’t he? And so are his sons, both named “Glicerio Santos”, III and IV, also known as Sergie and GP, respectively. Take note that the search results do not include the Philippines. For our study, why don’t we start there, since that is where it all began?

What you will see below is a product of collaborative research among many AE’s in different parts of the world. They have voluntarily come together to lend their respective expertise from Local and International Accounting firms, Local and International Legal Firms and even Consultants to different related Government Agencies, bound by a common desire to expose the truth, as ugly as it may be, for the benefit of the Church so that it may return to its rightful state, a clean and unblemished Iglesia Ni Cristo.

Please take note that all the materials/references used in their research are duly noted so that anyone wishing to verify may be able to do so. And anyone who wants to disprove anything I have presented here will also be demanded the same level of competency in data gathering and presentation.

These matrices have been provided as a summary to give a bird’s eye-view of the comparative information based on the different available documented sources.

1.  In the Philippines

 

To summarize, in the Philippines, the father and his 2 sons dominate the landscape while the wife has UNLAD covered. In some cases, Glicerio Jr., III and IV are all members of the same Board as is the case with FYM Foundation, Subic Bay-FYM Foundation, and the F. Y. Medical Foundation which operates the New Era General Hospital. This seems to be an ongoing trend because those three men are also on the Board of Trustees of the planned, soon-to-rise, Erano G. Manalo Medical Center, an 11-storey 1 class modern hospital to be built in Ciudad de Victoria in Bocaue, Bulacan and most probably for everything else yet to come. Here’s the General Information Sheet (GIS) filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) just this past December 2014 for this Medical Center:

So what does this all mean? Is it bad for members of the same family to be on the same Board?  The answer lies in the role of the Board, as spelled out in the company’s By-Laws. Essentially, Board members are very, very powerful creatures. Company officers serve at the Board’s pleasure. The Board can elect them, extend their term, demote them, replace them, or fire them. However, in a system that has neither respect nor appreciation for checks and balances, if you look at the GIS above, in addition to being members of the Board, ALL THREE SANTOSES ARE OFFICERS! Not only that, the Santoses also enjoy an automatic majority! 3 out of 5 total board members! This means that whatever they say, goes. Followed like it’s spoken by God Himself! If they want to unseat Sis. Kristine as CEO, for example, they can do so. If they want to donate all the money and assets to a certain bank account or even to a new foundation, oh let’s say…. a Glicerio B. Santos Jr. Foundation, they can easily do it by voting for it, why, because they have the power of the MAJORITY VOTE on the board.

Thanks to whomever crafted the Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws, it’s perfectly legal!  Meaning they can legally do anything they want with these corporations/foundations and they can get away with it, because they made it in such a way, that THE SANTOSES HAVE THE FIRST AND LAST SAY ABOUT ANYTHING BECAUSE THEY HAVE MAJORITY VOTE.

I guess a lot of you are pretty surprised (probably not Mr. Pristine Truth though, because they probably know this already and it’s no secret to them, only to the rest of us) with these astonishing revelations, (as the TV-home shopping line goes…) BUT WAIT THERE’S MORE… WAY, WAY MORE…

Sadly, the Subic Bay-FYM Foundation’s GIS paints the same grim picture. 3 out of 5 automatic majority for the Santoses!

The only difference is GP is not currently an officer but should he wish to become one and his father and brother agree with him, that can easily be accomplished. Just bump Sis. Kristine off the Vice President spot, for instance, and put GP in her stead. All theoretically possible with a 3-to-5 majority vote!

With FYM Foundation and F.Y. Medical Foundation, there are 7 Board members, which simply means they have to sway only one member to their side for them to have the majority.

Now let’s take a closer look at the rows labeled Total Assets and Gross Receipts (copied from the organizational matrix above):

A-m-a-z-i-n-g, isn’t it? If you are like me when I saw this for the first time, you should now close your mouth. It is not good to keep it hanging wide open like that.

Look at the figures for NEU. Those are not typos. We double and triple-checked. Yep, billions, not millions!

Now combine these numbers with the others. Take note that this does not yet include the assets of the Church, or the gross receipts from our offerings. Those numbers are classified. But even so…

Now imagine the Santos family. The family who has control over this vast fortune. Does it seem surprising then that they are able to get away with a lot of things? Remember what Mr. Rothschild said. “Let me issue and control a nation’s money and I care not who writes the laws”.

Think, brethren, why would they care about something as trivial as the law when they can buy the law, manipulate the law, shape the law, and trash the law, if they so desire? Even the laws inside the Church and the processes established during the two previous administrations are not exempt. They can be (and have been) ignored, disrespected, and replaced. That is why we can now understand why so many regulations in the church, especially in the Finance Department, Missionary Department, Edification Department, Ministry Department, wait…. actually in all the Departments in the Church, there are so many eyebrow-raising changes in the past few years, and we yet we wonder why are all these things allowable now…. NOW WE KNOW WHY. I can stop right here, brethren, and leave you to your thoughts. But in all fairness to our researchers who have painstakingly done the analysis for FYM Foundations abroad, let us just very quickly review the remaining tables.

2.  Outside the Philippines (FYM Foundation only)

Note:  For FYM Foundation in Australia, the incorporators, directors, and officers are not currently available.

They pretty much tell the same story as those presented earlier, at least 2 Santoses serving on the Board or as officers of these FYM Foundations.

Lastly, here’s our last matrix which shows FYM Foundations registered in various states in the U.S. Forgive the incomplete data, this is work in progress, yet they all tell the same story. As you go through them though, I think you’ll understand why our researchers are excited to share with you whatever they have now.

3.  FYM Foundation in the U.S.

 

We have now reached the end of this article. Open your eyes, brethren and open them wide. See for yourself how one man who started out as an ordinary minister, who was then entrusted a bigger role to serve as a General Auditor has now become the CONTROLLER of all things inside and outside the Church of Christ.

THIS IS THE MAIN REASON WHY KA JUN SANTOS AND HIS WHOLE FAMILY ARE SO BOLD IN GETTING AWAY WITH WHATEVER THEY WANT SIMPLY BECAUSE IN THEIR MINDS, THEY CAN NEVER BE EXPELLED FROM THE CHURCH. WHY? SIMPLY BECAUSE THEY KNOW THAT THE BEST MOVE THEY CAN DO IS TO DEEPLY ENTRENCH THEMSELVES INTO THE SYSTEM SO THAT THEY CAN NO LONGER BE TAKEN OUT. EXPELLING THE SANTOS FAMILY IS LIKE TRYING TO GET A NEEDLE OUT OF MOUNTAIN OF A HAY STACK. YOU’LL HAVE TO GO THROUGH A BARRAGE OF NEVER ENDING LEGAL OBSTACLES (Echoing “Walang Ending….”). THEY DESIGNED IT TO BE NEXT TO IMPOSSIBLE, IT CAN’T BE DONE, NOT BY ME, NOT BY ANY BRETHREN, NOT BY JUST

ANYONE…. IT CAN ONLY BE DONE BY OUR BELOVED EXECUTIVE MINISTER HIMSELF.

This is truly “THE MOST” almost-perfect-masterplan of them all. Why almost perfect? Because Bro. Glicerio B. Santos Jr. forgot one tiny detail…. OUR LORD GOD OWNS THIS CHURCH, THE SAME ALMIGHTY GOD WHO CHOSE BROTHER EDUARDO V. MANALO AND PLACED HIM TO LEAD THIS CHURCH AS THE EXECUTIVE MINISTER, AND EVIL WILL NEVER TRIUMPH OVER GOOD. And our Lord God will not allow anybody to manipulate nor destroy His Church. I guess, Ka Jun, never expected, even in his wildest nightmares, that the day will come when all these things will be exposed. Yes, these things that he probably just forgot to mention to the Church when he was scribbling his Church domination agenda while writing his memoirs for the upcoming Glicerio Santos Jr. Coffee Table Book.

So with all these revelations now out in the open, and it is by far, JUST THE TIP OF THE ICEBERG in Ka Jun Santos’ power and control over the church since we were just able to show you a fraction of the FYM Foundations (Phils. and US), imagine the rest of the FYM Foundations and other entities all over the world. SO BY VIRTUE OF HIS LEGAL POSITIONS IN ALL THE DIFFERENT ENTITIES OF THE IGLESIA NI CRISTO, HE IS NOW TECHNICALLY, THE MOST POWERFUL PERSON IN THE WHOLE CHURCH OF CHRIST. BASICALLY IT MEANS HE CAN DO ANYTHING HE WANTS. WHETHER WE ACCEPT IT OR NOT.

THIS IS ALSO THE REASON WHY THE SANGGUNIAN AND OTHER MINISTERS HAVE TAKEN ON THE MANTRA “IF YOU CAN’T BEAT ‘EM (SANTOSES), JOIN ‘EM”, THUS, THE WHOLE SANGGUNIAN NOW ANSWERS TO KA JUN SANTOS. KA JUN SANTOS NOW HAS ALL THE LEGAL POWERS AT HIS DISPOSAL TO CONTROL EVERYTHING RELATED TO THE CHURCH.

The facts are in, the proofs are presented, we can either close our eyes again and pretend we never saw these things, pretend that we do not feel that there is actually something majorly wrong inside the Church, or wait for the next ABSURD EXCUSE they can concoct in order to twist the truth and make us live a make-believe life again or we can now finally really open our eyes to the

glaring TRUTH, investigate even more, scrutinize and verify the facts, weigh the evidences, accept the truth and throw away the lies that they try so hard to feed us in order to continue hiding the inevitable truth.

Let us all be vigilant and be steadfast in our faith, know for a fact that leaving the Church or growing cold in our duties to God is never the answer. We should all unite in exposing the corruption brought on by the Ministers in the Sanggunian and their cohorts, not to disgrace the Church (the Sanggunian has successfully done that already), but to be able to fight the many different forms of corruption that is damaging the Church. Let us remain firm in our belief that evil men who took advantage of the Church should be taken out of the fold, and not us, the faithful members and DEFENDERS OF THE CHURCH. We should increase our faith everyday in the belief that our Lord God is moving steadfastly for the benefit of His people, we should endure this test and grow stronger in our hope and love for the Church in order to finish our race for Salvation.

And after we have done our part as members of the Church of Christ in these last days, after we have toiled and labored for the Church, after we have diligently followed His teachings and commandments, then we can only but, leave everything in the mighty hands of our Lord God for we have done our part as His children. It is our firm faith that God, will not forsake his chosen ones, He will protect, guide and strengthen our beloved Executive Minister whom He has placed in front of us to fight all forms of evil and to lead God’s chosen people until we reach the perfection of our faith. Let us all continue praying to our Lord God everyday, especially during our devotional prayers at 10PM, during our worship services and our personal devotional prayers. Let us continue to beseech our Lord God, to help His Church, to help Bro. Eduardo V. Manalo, to help the Family of Ka Eraño G. Manalo, to help all the brethren, wherever they may be, whatever situation they may be in, that we may all be guided by the Holy Spirit in discerning the Truth, so that we may all be STRONG INSTRUMENTS of our Lord God in exposing the cancerous gangrene of corruption plaguing the Church so that it can be eradicated completely, so that we can safely return the Church to its rightful state, A CLEAN AND UNBLEMISHED STATE OF THE IGLESIA NI CRISTO, WORTHY TO ATTAIN SALVATION COME JUDGMENT DAY.

We need not be afraid, because with God’s help and His perfect timing, all these trials will come to pass, and we will rejoice in His name and continue with the performance of our duties and our heartfelt worship services to our Lord God. God bless us all for us to be able to pass this greatest test of our faith.
